A busy restaurant A clearer set of books
Every channel has a place in the accounts. ninito brings the restaurant’s sales together, separates VAT and connects the figures to accounting, so the conversation can move from finding numbers to understanding them.

From the sale To the right account
POS, kiosk, online ordering, app and connected delivery platforms contribute to the same restaurant operation. See sales by channel and the VAT on those sales before the figures move into the connected accounting flow.
ninito connects to accounting tools including PowerOffice, Tripletex, Xledger and Visma. We configure the posting flow around the restaurant and agree the account mapping with the people responsible for its books.
Make the handover Part of the setup
Agree the mapping
Confirm accounts, VAT treatment, payment methods and the locations involved. Different restaurants can need different posting rules.
Follow sales and settlement separately
A sale and a bank payout are different events. Agree how provider fees, refunds, tips and timing differences will be reconciled in your accounting setup.
Check a complete trading day
Review a representative day together before relying on the posting flow. Check every active channel and payment method, including returns.
The reports you need Beyond the restaurant counter
Restaurant staff can retrieve X-reports, Z-reports and SAF-T Cash Register files on site and through online Backoffice. Agree access with the restaurant so the right people can get the right material when it is needed.
Keep day-end reconciliation, payment-provider statements and accounting records connected in your working routine. The reports support the work; they do not replace the business’s bookkeeping responsibilities.
Reporting and cash-register requirementsBefore we connect the accounts
Does an integration replace reconciliation?
No. A configured integration reduces repeated entry, while the restaurant and accountant still need to reconcile sales, provider settlements, bank transactions and adjustments. Agree the workflow and responsibilities during setup.
Can we check our exact accounting system first?
Yes. Tell us the provider, product version, company structure and posting requirements. We confirm the available connection and setup before you decide.
Can an accountant introduce restaurants to ninito?
Yes. Our partner programme offers an agreed share of eligible revenue paid to ninito by referred customers for as long as they remain ninito customers. Commercial terms are agreed separately.
