External delivery still depends on local provider coverage and availability.
No. With Direct Delivery, customers order and pay through your restaurant’s own ninito webshop. Wolt Drive and Uber Direct provide the courier service for those orders. This is separate from customers finding and ordering from your restaurant in the Wolt or Uber Eats marketplace.
There is no ninito fee for activating, using or integrating Direct Delivery, and no commission based on the order basket through this feature. The customer pays your restaurant, and your restaurant pays the provider’s delivery fee. For the same route, service and delivery requirements, a larger basket does not create an additional sales commission. Delivery quotes depend on location and the delivery required. Your ninito subscription and payment-processing fees are separate. ninito has negotiated delivery rates for restaurant customers in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Yes. Guests receive live order and delivery status, an expected arrival time and a map showing the driver. Delivery estimates use live traffic, kitchen preparation time, network availability, driver response time and estimated pickup and delivery times. The arrival time is an estimate and can change during the delivery.
ninito’s algorithms, AI and machine learning use available delivery-network information and your restaurant’s configured criteria to select a provider for each order. This lets you prioritise speed, price or a preferred network while the system handles the comparison and assignment in the background.
ninito has delivery-rate agreements for restaurant customers in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Which delivery networks can serve your restaurant depends on local coverage and provider availability. Your location’s available providers and rates are confirmed when delivery is activated.
