ninito is one of the few POS providers offering BankAxept at 0.161% with no commission and no fixed charge in øre or kr per transaction. Available with every plan.
The platform subscription, payment processing and bank or terminal costs are separate. ninito takes 0% commission on your payments. We use our customers’ combined volume to negotiate provider terms.
Hardware supplied by ninito is sold at our cost, with 0% hardware margin. Tell us what you already have so we can check compatibility before you replace anything.

Waiting, completed or declined
Track each payment separately. Retry a failed payment without rebuilding the order, and keep completed transactions distinct from those still in progress.
Refunds tied to the original payment
Supported mixed payments retain their method-level amounts. Refunds cannot exceed the amount originally paid through each method.

Configure staff permissions around their role. Agree who can handle sensitive actions and check the terminal and payment-provider requirements for your restaurant.
Before you choose payments
Is processing included in the subscription?
No. Provider processing charges and any bank or terminal costs are separate from the ninito platform subscription. Your quote should show each cost clearly.
Can we use our current terminal?
We check the exact terminal model, provider and integration before confirming compatibility. A browser-based POS does not mean every payment terminal works without configuration.
Do all plans include several simultaneous terminal payments?
Fast parallel payments and control of several terminals from one POS are included in ninito Pro and Enterprise. The terminal setup and payment provider determine authorisation times.
