A memorable evening
Down to the last detail
For fine dining, the small moments matter. Keep each course, guest and change connected, so your team can stay present at the table.

Let the service follow the table
One table is ready for the next course. Another wants a little longer. ninito keeps the kitchen and floor working from the same service, while your team decides when to move it forward.
A tasting menu with room to breathe
Build the evening around your course sequence. Start the next course, hold it back or extend its countdown when the conversation deserves more time. Keep preparation, readiness and serving separate, with a record of who changed the timing.

Wine goes to the bar and soup to the kitchen. The steak stays on hold.

Different kitchens A shared guest experience
At Paleet Food Hall, several food concepts share the same destination. Read how its team uses ninito to connect ordering and operations across the food hall.

Keep orders at the right seat, with shared dishes attached to the table. If a guest moves or another person joins, move the relevant items and bills with them. The team can carry on without entering the same order again.

A couple pays together. The rest split their food and share the wine. Divide bills by guest, group, item or equal amount, combine supported payment methods and see what remains unpaid. The detail stays in the POS instead of becoming a calculation at the table.
