Your online ordering questions, answered

Can menus and prices change automatically?

Yes. Schedule whole menus, categories or individual items by time of day and weekday. A lunch deal can appear at lunchtime and disappear afterwards without staff changing it manually. You can also set different prices for dine-in and takeaway, or schedule prices for specific times and days. You decide the rules in the connected menu system.

Can we offer private menus and special QR codes?

Yes. Dedicated QR codes can open a particular menu or part of the webshop for a table, service area or event. Private menus can be made available only to selected guests, VIPs or company customers. A QR code gives guests a route to the menu; the access settings determine who can use a restricted menu. You can change a QR destination without reprinting the code.

Do we need our own delivery drivers?

No. Direct Delivery connects orders from your webshop to Wolt Drive or Uber Direct, depending on coverage and courier availability. ninito can select a provider using the delivery rules you choose. You can also use your own drivers or a hybrid setup, with external couriers helping when your team is busy or an address falls outside the area you deliver to yourselves.

How do loyalty, promotions and discounts work together?

With ninito Pro and Enterprise, identified guests can use the same profile across the webshop, POS, kiosk and app. Purchases build their history and can earn or redeem rewards under the rules you set. Connect promotions and discounts to selected guests, memberships or purchasing behaviour. You decide the participating channels and offers; available targeting options depend on the plan.

Can companies order ahead at their agreed prices?

Yes. When a company customer signs in, they can see the menus and negotiated prices you have enabled for their account. They can order for a meeting, event or future delivery without arranging everything by phone or email. You control advance-order options, delivery and payment permissions. If you enable invoice payment and connect a supported accounting system, the invoice can be sent to the customer automatically.

Can several restaurants share a webshop?

Yes. A shared webshop can bring several restaurants together while keeping the menus, prices and ordering options relevant to each location. Guests choose the restaurant they want to order from. Your team manages the connected products and menus within ninito, alongside the POS, kiosk and app.

Who handles menu changes, support and maintenance?

We do. Tell ninito what you want to change, and we handle menu edits, product updates and price changes at no extra charge. Support, technical maintenance and platform improvements are included too. You decide how your restaurant should work; you do not need to learn the software or maintain the webshop yourself.

Do we keep our customer data?

Orders placed directly in your ninito webshop build customer profiles and purchase history in your own restaurant system. That gives you the basis for loyalty, member offers and relevant communication, with the necessary guest consent. Marketplaces can remain a discovery channel while your webshop builds your direct customer relationships.
