- Each cycle produces learning the team can act on.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Help the team apply agile principles in its everyday decisions.
- Make blockers visible and work with the right people to remove them.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners.
- Turn retrospectives into practical improvements and follow up on the changes.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification, and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- A strong understanding of Scrum and agile methods, with practical facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Clear communication and experience helping distributed teams collaborate.
