Is Uber Direct different from Uber Eats?
Yes. Uber Eats is a marketplace where customers find restaurants and order. Uber Direct is a courier service for orders placed through your own channels, such as your ninito webshop.
Is Uber Direct available at our restaurant?
Coverage depends on country and location. Uber’s Norwegian service page currently describes Uber Direct as coming soon. We confirm local availability before planning activation for your restaurant.
Does ninito add a fee for using Uber Direct?
There is no ninito connection or usage fee for Direct Delivery. The courier delivery itself has a price. Your restaurant chooses whether to pass that price to the guest or cover it.
