Questions about Wolt Drive and ninito
Do guests need to order in the Wolt app?
No. With Wolt Drive, the order comes through your own ninito webshop. This differs from the Wolt marketplace, where the customer places the order with Wolt.
Does ninito charge a Wolt Drive integration fee?
ninito adds no connection or usage fee for Direct Delivery. Your restaurant pays the courier’s delivery price and decides how delivery is priced for the guest.
Can Wolt Drive work alongside our own drivers?
Yes. ninito supports combining your own delivery team with external couriers. Wolt Drive can provide additional capacity when needed, subject to local coverage and courier availability.
