Funky is building a closer connection with its guests
Funky is bringing ordering, its own app and loyalty into a shared plan for its stores. With ninito, the team is working on both the guest experience and the customer data that needs to come with it.

Keeping Funky recognisable on the phone
Meet Terje Bergh from Funky Frozen Yogurt, a concept that welcomes guests across several locations. With ninito, Funky is bringing ordering, its own app and loyalty into the same plan, with existing customers and their data part of that work.
A way to reach guests between visits
Funky has several physical places to welcome guests. An app of its own gives the concept a way to be available even when someone is away from the store.
Ordering, the customer app and loyalty belong together in Funky’s work with ninito. The team is developing a digital channel around Funky, starting with its own name and guests.
Bringing existing guests into the next step
A new ordering experience also involves work guests do not see. Existing customer data needs attention, and the setup needs to work across a chain of stores.
Customer migration and rollout across locations are therefore part of Funky’s work with ninito. The project covers both what guests see on screen and the foundation the team needs to keep developing its own channel.
This is why ninito puts experienced people behind the launch. Menu specialists help build the setup around the restaurant, and our own team in Norway remains available 24/7 after opening day. Support is included, with no extra evening, night or weekend charge. The handover is the start of the relationship.
